Mary Alice Volkert has been in private practice since 1992.  Prior to starting her own practice, Mary Alice worked as an Instructor and Clinical Dietitian at Houston’s Methodist Hospital and as a Dietitian and Diabetes Educator in association with a physician’s private practice.  Mary Alice has Bachelor and Master Degrees in Hospital Dietetics and in Food and Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
